NFPA 72 requires certain aspects of fire alarm systems to be inspected and tested on an annually, semi-annually and quarterly basis. Customers must understand they need to ensure these test be performed on a regular basis. At East Coast Security and Fire, LLC (ECSF), we setup automatic inspections thus taking the burden off our customers to remember when to perform these inspections.
Additionally, it is important to note that some fire alarm safety devices have a life expectancy and to replace these devices according to the manufacturers' recommendations.
